UPC Turns Down Taylor Swift's Offer to Play Welcome Week: "We don't book female artists"

Exclusive: Taylor Swift offered to play welcome week during the break before her international tour, but UPC turned her down due to their long-standing policy of only booking men.
“Look, when you have the opportunity to book artists who 100% definitely want to be there like Sean Kingston, you can’t pass that up,” a UPC spokesman said. “Last time we got a woman to perform in 2013 some of your professors were still taking classes.”
Instead, UPC plans to continue dropping cryptic hints as to which rapper they will drop a bag on for this Welcome Week show.
