Professors Label Students 'Unprepared' as Many Fail to Complete FDOC Assignments

Multiple professors have called out some ‘unprepared’ students that did not complete their assignments for the first day of classes.
“I am furious,” said one professor, “All I asked for was a short 1500-2000 word essay about their thoughts on the syllabus. If they can’t handle the easy stuff, how should I expect them to perform when I assign real work?”
When we reached out to some students of the class, one replied, “With bid day coming up, I just don’t have time to think about school right now.”
It should also be noted that the class didn’t have a collab or a canvas page. Students were expected to learn of the assignment through “snail mail” and “word of mouth.”
